Scope

These terms apply to the public Grow with Dr. Shikha website and its inquiry, newsletter, educational, mentoring, speaking, consulting, course, and digital-product features. Additional written terms may apply to a specific engagement and will be shared before a booking or purchase is confirmed.

Educational purpose and academic integrity

Mentoring, tutoring, workshops, and website resources are educational. They support research planning, skill development, feedback, and independent work. They do not include completing assignments, writing a thesis or paper on someone else’s behalf, falsifying results, bypassing institutional rules, or guaranteeing grades, publication, funding, admission, or employment.

Inquiries and availability

Submitting a form requests a conversation and does not create a client relationship, reserve a place, or guarantee availability. Scope, schedule, fees, deliverables, and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing before a paid engagement begins.

Courses, products, and payments

The current course and product catalog is a preview. Checkout and payment processing remain disabled until the live launch is approved. When sales open, prices, taxes, payment methods, access terms, and any product-specific conditions will be displayed before purchase.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, defective digital files, course transfers, and approved refunds are handled under the published Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. A signed proposal or product-specific condition may add terms for an institutional or consulting engagement and will be disclosed before payment.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, website articles, course materials, templates, graphics, and downloadable resources are owned by or licensed to Grow with Dr. Shikha. They may be used personally for learning or research support but may not be resold, republished, shared as a competing resource, or presented as someone else’s work without written permission.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting any account or access link, respecting academic and professional rules, and obtaining institutional approvals required for your work. Do not submit confidential research data, patient information, export-controlled material, or third-party personal data unless a secure and expressly approved process has been agreed.

No professional or outcome guarantee

General website content is not a substitute for institution-specific academic supervision, legal, financial, medical, safety, or engineering certification advice. Outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of the mentor or website, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to scholarly profiles, universities, scheduling services, email platforms, or payment providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Grow with Dr. Shikha is not responsible for their independent content or availability.

Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of free website content is at your own discretion and risk. These terms may be updated as services and integrations change. Material terms for an existing paid engagement will not be changed retroactively without notice or agreement.
