Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and defective digital files are handled by Grow with Dr. Shikha. It should be read together with the Terms of Service.
Digital products
Digital templates, workbooks, guides, worksheets, and presentation files are delivered electronically. Because access is provided immediately, purchases are normally final after the file has been downloaded or accessed.
If a file is materially defective, corrupted, duplicated in error, or significantly different from its product description, contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of purchase. We will first provide a working replacement or correction. If we cannot do so within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.
Courses and live workshops
- Cancellations requested at least 7 calendar days before the first live session may receive a refund, less any non-recoverable payment-processing fees where permitted by law.
- Requests made fewer than 7 days before the start may be moved once to a future equivalent cohort, subject to availability.
- After a course has started, or once recorded material has been accessed, fees are normally non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by us or mandatory law requires otherwise.
- If Grow with Dr. Shikha cancels a paid course, customers may choose a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.
Consultations, mentoring, and booked sessions
- Rescheduling is available when requested at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a paid appointment may receive a refund, less any non-recoverable payment-processing fees where permitted by law.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are normally non-refundable because the time was reserved exclusively for the client.
- If Dr. Shikha must cancel, the client may reschedule or receive a full refund for the affected session.
Speaking, consulting, and institutional work
Project-specific proposals, retainers, milestones, travel, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the signed proposal or agreement. That agreement takes priority if it differs from this general policy.
How to request help or a refund
Use the Contact page and include your name, order or booking number, purchase date, the item or service, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, confidential research data, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information.
Processing and statutory rights
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s country or in Kuwait.
